Availability of Award Decisions
(1)
Contract Documents. To the extent required by the Solicitation Document, the Authorized Agency must deliver to the successful Offeror a Contract, a Signed Purchase Order, Price Agreement, or other Contract documents as applicable.(2)
Availability of Award Decisions. A Person may obtain tabulations of awarded Bids or evaluation summaries of Proposals for a minimal charge, in person or by submitting to the Authorized Agency a Written request accompanied by payment. The requesting Person must provide the Solicitation Document number and enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. In addition, the Authorized Agency may make available tabulations of Bids and Proposals through ORPIN, or other Electronic Procurement System approved by the State Chief Procurement Officer, or the Authorized Agency’s website.(3)
Availability of Procurement Files. After the notice of intent to award, the Authorized Agency must make Procurement Files available in accordance with applicable law, except where applicable law requires the Authorized Agency to make information contained in the Procurement Files available before any notice of intent to award. See the Public Records Law. A protestor of a Competitive Range in accordance with OAR 125-247-0260 (Competitive Sealed Proposals) is not entitled to obtain or review the Procurement Files related to the protest until after the notice of intent to award.
