Recordkeeping Requirements: Records of Personnel Monitoring


Each licensee must maintain the following exposure records specified in 333-105-0560 (Radiation Safety Requirements: Personnel Monitoring):

(1)

Direct reading dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks required by 333-105-0560 (Radiation Safety Requirements: Personnel Monitoring)(2) and 333-105-0560 (Radiation Safety Requirements: Personnel Monitoring)(3) for three years after the record is made;

(2)

Records of alarming ratemeter calibrations for three years after the record is made;

(3)

Reports received from the film badge or TLD processor until the Authority terminates the license or registration; and

(4)

Records of estimates of exposures as a result of off-scale personal direct reading dosimeters, or lost or damaged film badges or TLD’s, until the Authority terminates the license or registration.
