Income and Payment Standards; SNAP and DSNAP

The monthly SNAP Countable Income Limit is set at 130 percent of the federal poverty level under OAR 461-155-0180 (Income Standards; Not OSIP, OSIPM, QMB) for the number of individuals in the need group. The monthly SNAP Adjusted Income Limit is set at 100 percent of the federal poverty level under OAR 461-155-0180 (Income Standards; Not OSIP, OSIPM, QMB) for the number of individuals in the need group.
