ORS 419A.045
Policy and purpose

It is declared to be the legislative policy of the State of Oregon to recognize county juvenile courts and departments as a basic foundation for the provision of services to children, wards, youths, adjudicated youths and their families and, with the limited amount of funds available, to assist counties in financing certain juvenile court-related services on a continuing basis.
