Civil penalty for violation of ORS 431A

Annotations

(1)

Any person who violates any provision of ORS 431A.300 (Definitions) to 431A.325 (Civil penalty for violation of ORS 431A) shall be liable for a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each day of violation, which shall be assessed and recovered in a civil action brought by the Oregon Health Authority.

(2)

All civil penalties collected pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall be deposited in the General Fund. [Formerly 431.915]
