Fire protection water supply for public buildings

Any public building, as defined in ORS 479.168 (Definitions for ORS 479.168 to 479.190 and 479.990), erected after July 1, 1967, must have a readily available fire protection water supply. The State Fire Marshal shall adopt rules for determining the fire protection water supply for a public building. [1967 c.417 §19; 2005 c.22 §365; 2011 c.97 §5]
