The licensure provisions of ORS 479.510 (Short title) to 479.945 (Restricted energy contractor’s license) do not apply to limited energy electrical activity involving the installation, maintenance or repair of lottery equipment at retail locations by employees or vendors of the Oregon State Lottery Commission. The exemption provided by this subsection does not authorize work by unlicensed persons on systems of 115 volts or more.
