Penalties

(1)

Violation of any provision of ORS 672.045 (Prohibited activities relating to practices of engineering, land surveying or photogrammetric mapping) is a Class A misdemeanor.

(2)

Notwithstanding ORS 131.105 (Timeliness of criminal actions) to 131.155 (Tolling of statute), prosecution for violation of ORS 672.045 (Prohibited activities relating to practices of engineering, land surveying or photogrammetric mapping) may be commenced within two years after discovery of the offense, but in no case shall the period of limitation otherwise applicable be extended by more than 10 years.
