List of Employees Selling Coverage; Training Program


(1)

A limited licensee shall maintain at all times standard operating procedures to assure that all employees, agents and authorized representatives are authorized to issue, sell or offer for sale portable electronics insurance coverage to a customer. The limited licensee must provide a description of these procedures, upon request, to the Director within 21 calendar days.

(2)

A limited licensee must ensure that the information required under section 5(1)(b), chapter 393, Oregon Laws 2011, is included in any training program for the limited licensee’s employees, agents and authorized representatives who will be issuing, selling or offering for sale portable electronics insurance coverage.
