“Agency” defined for ORS 283

As used in ORS 283.140 (Telephone and telecommunications, mail, shuttle bus and messenger services) and 283.143 (Surcharge for telecommunications services), “state agency” or “agency” includes the Legislative Assembly, at the option of the Legislative Assembly, or any statutory, standing, special or interim committees of the Legislative Assembly, at the option of the committee.
