Under former similar statute (ORCP 70)
Although appellant was never sent required notice of entry of judgment and although rule provides that judgment is effective only when entered as provided in rule, that provision cannot modify ORS 19.255 which is jurisdictional and provides that time for appeal begins when judgment is entered.
