ORS 18.865
Court administrator to issue writ

Except as otherwise provided by law, upon request of a judgment creditor or other prevailing party under a judgment, a court administrator shall issue a writ of execution for any judgment that includes a money award or that requires the delivery or sale of specific real or personal property. Except as provided by ORS 18.255 (Enforcement of judgment by circuit court for county where debtor resides) and 18.867 (Issuance of writs for certain judgments awarding child support), writs of execution may be issued only by the court administrator for the court in which the judgment was entered.

A court administrator may rely on the information provided by the person seeking issuance of a writ of execution and is not liable for any errors or omissions in that information. [2005 c.542 §3]

Notes of Decisions

If terms used by trial court suffice to convey court's concluding decision or decisions, and if terms are set forth in document properly titled as judgment, then judgment document contains judgment. Interstate Roofing, Inc. v. Springfield Corp., 347 Or 144, 218 P3d 113 (2009)
