Applicability of ORS 646A

(1)

ORS 646.608 (Additional unlawful business, trade practices) (1)(ddd), 646A.100 (Definitions for ORS 646A) to 646A.110 (Applicability of ORS 646A) and 646A.112 (Injunction of sham sale) apply only to persons who engage in the retail sale of merchandise in the regular course of their business.

ORS 646.608 (Additional unlawful business, trade practices) (1)(ddd), 646A.100 (Definitions for ORS 646A) to 646A.110 (Applicability of ORS 646A) and 646A.112 (Injunction of sham sale) do not apply to public officials acting within the scope of their duties as public officials.
