Federal Inspection


Custom slaughtering or custom processing establishments subject to the inspection and authority of the U.S. Department of Agriculture pursuant to the Federal Meat Inspection Act, as defined in ORS Chapter 619 (Labeling and Inspection of Meat and Meat Food Products), or the Federal Poultry Inspection Act, and if directed by federal authorities to do so, shall comply with the requirements of said Act and regulations thereunder applicable to such establishments.
