Elimination of civil death does not eliminate habeas corpusif petition alleges that prisoner validly in custody is subject to unlawful confinement or restraint or that prisoner is suffering deprivation of legal rights that requires immediate judicial scrutiny and it appears to court that no other timely remedy is available.
