Inspection of parks

The Department of Consumer and Business Services may inspect every mobile home or manufactured dwelling park in order to determine whether it conforms with the provisions of ORS 446.003 (Definitions for ORS 446) to 446.200 (Exemption from additional regulations) and 446.225 (Administration and enforcement of federal manufactured housing safety and construction standards) to 446.285 (Advisory board training and education programs) and the rules adopted pursuant thereto. Any person operating such facilities shall at all reasonable times, upon request of the department, permit access to all parts of the facilities.
