Penalties
(1)
Any individual, or any director, officer, or agent of a corporation who knowingly and willfully violates ORS 446.003 (Definitions for ORS 446.003 to 446.200 and 446.225 to 446.285 and ORS chapters 195, 196, 197, 215 and 227) to 446.200 (Exemption from additional regulations), 446.225 (Administration and enforcement of federal manufactured housing safety and construction standards) to 446.285 (Advisory board training and education programs) or 446.310 (Definitions for ORS 446.310 to 446.350) to 446.350 (Tourist Facility Account) in a manner which threatens the health or safety of any purchaser commits a Class A misdemeanor.(2)
Violation of ORS 446.345 (Prohibited acts) is punishable upon conviction as a Class B misdemeanor.
