Application of ORS 446

ORS 446.095 (Park construction and facilities) (3), 446.100 (Prohibited acts in connection with construction and use of parks) (1)(c) and 446.105 (Temporary parks) do not apply to a mobile home park that was constructed before August 5, 1959. However, any changes or additions made in any mobile home or manufactured dwelling park after August 5, 1959, shall conform to ORS 446.095 (Park construction and facilities) to 446.105 (Temporary parks) and the rules issued thereunder.
