Denial, suspension or revocation of license

(1)

If any applicant for licensing or any person to whom a license has been issued fails to comply with the provisions of ORS 446.310 (Definitions for ORS 446) to 446.350 (Tourist Facility Account) or with the rules adopted pursuant thereto, the Oregon Health Authority may deny issuance of, suspend or revoke the license or assess a civil penalty.

(2)

Hearings on the denial, suspension or revocation of a license or on assessing a civil penalty shall be conducted as a contested case in accordance with ORS chapter 183. [1983 c.707 §15; 2009 c.595 §816]
