Annotations

As used in ORS 198.320 (Filling of vacancies on governing bodies of certain districts), in addition to the meaning given the term by ORS 198.010 (“District” defined for chapter) (1) to (5), (7) to (24) and (26) to (28), “district” means a soil and water conservation district organized under ORS 568.210 (Definitions for ORS 568) to 568.808 (Taxing district to file legal description and map) and 568.900 (Definitions for ORS 568) to 568.933 (Civil penalties).
