Definitions for ORS 9

As used in ORS 9.705 (Definitions for ORS 9) to 9.757 (Retention of client materials):

“Affected attorney” means a member or former member of the Oregon State Bar whose law practice is placed within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.720 (Court taking jurisdiction over law practice) or as to whom a petition has been filed to place such law practice within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.715 (Petition to take jurisdiction over law practice).
