The fee for service of a warrant pursuant to ORS 311.605 (“Person” defined for ORS 311) to 311.642 (Compromise property tax payment from purchaser of business personal property) by publication, by mail or by personal service is $20. If service of a warrant pursuant to ORS 311.605 (“Person” defined for ORS 311) to 311.642 (Compromise property tax payment from purchaser of business personal property) is by personal service, an additional fee equivalent to the amount collected for serving a summons or subpoena to one party under ORS 21.300 (Sheriff and process server fees) (1)(a) may be charged.
