Annotations

The Secretary of State shall provide the public with access to information relating to electronic notices of warrants and release and cancellation of warrants transmitted for filing pursuant to ORS 311.636 (Filing of electronic notice of warrant for delinquent business personal property taxes with Secretary of State) under the same conditions, in the same form and to the same extent that the Secretary of State provides information relating to financing statements the Secretary of State files pursuant to ORS chapter 79. [2015 c.444 §4]
