The State Marine Board shall establish and implement a program to provide mandatory boating safety education. [1999 c.716 §2; 2001 c.104 §310]

Note: 830.082 (Mandatory boating safety education program) to 830.094 (Boating safety education card required to operate motorboat) were added to and made a part of ORS chapter 830 by legislative action but were not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
