An operator of a boat livery may not permit any boat the operator rents to depart from the livery premises unless the boat is equipped as provided under ORS 830.015 (Application of ORS 830) to 830.050 (Reporting lost boat), 830.175 (Regulations for specific areas), 830.210 (Operating improperly equipped boat prohibited) to 830.420 (Minimum equipment requirements for rental or charter boats) and 830.475 (Duties of operators and witnesses at accidents) to 830.490 (Confidential nature of report).
