District Assurances of Compliance with Public School Standards


(1)

Districts must comply with the state standards set forth in OAR chapter 581, division 22.

(2)

Districts must maintain evidence of compliance with the state standards and make such evidence available upon request.

(3)

Districts must report compliance for the preceding school year with all state standards set forth in OAR chapter 581, division 22:

(a)

To the community on or before November 1, by presenting the report to the school board of the district in an oral presentation at an open public meeting, allowing for public comment, and by posting the report on the district’s webpage. Districts must use the report form provided by the Department; and

(b)

To the Department of Education on or before November 15 on a form to be provided by the Department.
