Advisory committee

(1)

To aid and advise the coordinator in the performance of the functions of the Oregon Community Crime Prevention Information Center, an advisory committee may be established.

(2)

The committee shall meet at such times and places as shall be determined by the coordinator.

(3)

Legislative members shall receive no compensation or per diem for services as members but may receive actual and necessary travel and other expenses under ORS 171.072 (Salary of members and presiding officers) from funds appropriated to the Legislative Assembly. Other members of the committee shall be entitled to expenses as provided in ORS 292.495 (Compensation and expenses of members of state boards and commissions). [Formerly 181.765]
