Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an entity providing support enforcement services under ORS 25.080 (Entity primarily responsible for support enforcement services) shall have access, using a Social Security number as an identifier, to any record required by law to contain the Social Security number of an individual.

To the maximum extent feasible, a public body maintaining records described in ORS 25.785 (Issuing entities to require Social Security number), including automated records, shall make the records accessible by Social Security number for purposes of support enforcement.
