ORS 181A.323 (Definitions for ORS 181A) to 181A.328 (Committee on tracking of sexual assault forensic evidence) shall be known and may be cited as “Melissa’s Law.” [2016 c.89 §1]

Note: 181A.322 (Short title) to 181A.328 (Committee on tracking of sexual assault forensic evidence) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 181A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
