Affirmative action reports to include information on contracts to minority businesses


In carrying out the policy of affirmative action, every state agency shall include in its affirmative action reports under ORS 659A.012 (State agencies to carry out policy against discrimination in employment) information concerning its awards of construction, service and personal service contracts awarded to minority businesses.
